DELUXE 35mm SLIDE SCANNING: This is a high resolution scan of at least 8 megapixels (3000 dpi). explain resolution? We scan each slide using Digital ICE4™, DigitalROC™, DigitalGEM and DigitalDEE™.What are these? These programs remove most of the dust and film scratches, correct for the effects of film grain, and restore faded color and correct shading in shadow areas of the image. Our digital artists review each image and correct for color range and over/underexposure. The image is cropped so that there are no black borders around your image. This level of slide scanning allows printing up to 16x20 or 20x30. The main difference between Deluxe 35mm scan and Pro 35mm scan is that the Pro scan is done at a higher resolution and can be used to print larger, sharper images.
