Do you charge Shipping and Handling?
Yes. Because we do not have a minimum order size and sometimes do process orders of just 1-10 slides we do charge shipping and handling separate of the scanning charges but we do not try to "make money" on the shipping charges so the cost that it took you to ship to us is probably very close to what your shipping and handling charges will be.
How should I package my slides and negatives for shipping?
We do not require that slides be in or out of carousels or slide trays you can send them in any form. If the order of scanning is important to you please indicate the order that you would like them scanned with notes. We recommend not sending slides in a flexible envelope due to the risk of damage or loss.
