Free of charge we maintain a backup copy of all of your scanned image files for 1 full year from the date that we scanned your order. We mainly do this as one of our many safety precautions. We have never had a package lost in shipping since we began in 2003, however, if a package were lost in return shipping we would be able to replace all of the images for the client.

Our backup often proves useful to help our clients after their order is processed. Perhaps you decide that you want some additional slideshows created or you want us to recreate your slideshow but change the order of the slides. We can do all of this and more without you having to ship your disks back because we have this secure backup of your files.

If your home computer crashes or if you misplace or damage your disk of images we can always replace them for you.
