Q. Will the DVD Slideshow work on my DVD player?
99% of the DVD players on the market today will play the DVD Slideshow discs. There are two media formats in DVDs, DVD-R and DVD+R. Most DVD players will be compatible with DVD-R style and this is the first disc we will send you. Some DVD players will play DVD+R but not the DVD-R. Therefore, our first course of action if you have a compatibility problem is to send you the DVD+R version. Some few DVD players will not play either DVD+R or DVD-R discs. Below is a list of some DVD players known to have compatibility issues.Q. What do I do if my DVD player is on the list?
A. We will attempt to make compatible disks for you using alternate software and video systems, however this does not always solve the problem. We can refund you the amount of the slideshow creation but scanning charges will still apply. Another solution that will correct this and future compatibility issues that you may have is to buy a simple DVD player that is not on the list below. BestBuy or Target have some fully compatible models at around $40.|
