Organizing your materials

We will scan your 35mm slides or 35mm negatives in the order that you specify. If the order of the scanning is important to you be sure to organize your slides or negatives in the order in which you would like them to be scanned. If you have more than one carousel or box or stack of slides please leave us good notes about the proper order of the groups of slides. If you have your slides in stacks please remember to note which end of the stack we should start with. We accept 35mm slides or 35mm negatives in any type of holder, 35mm slide carousels, 35mm slide trays, slide sleeves, etc.

Packaging

Be sure to package your 35mm slides, negatives and photos in a safe, sturdy box. If you have stacks of slides you should wrap each stack in paper and put rubber bands around the stack in both directions. This will ensure that your slides are received here in the same order that they were in when you shipped them. Leave us good notes about the organization of your slides and we will follow your instructions.

Shipping

We do not have a preferred carrier, but if you use US Postal instead of UPS or FedEx, please be sure to use delivery confirmation so that you have some way to track when your package arrives here. UPS and FedEx automatically come with tracking numbers.
