Processing Your Order
#1 We receive your order and count your 35mm
slides, 35mm negatives and other film. We will send you a billing
statement by email within 24 hours after receiving your package.
#2 After receiving your e-bill you can either
pay online with a credit card or you can send in a check or money
order.
#3 We scan and process your order.
First, your order is scanned by a professional film scanning technician. Click here to read about the scanning equipment and scanning specifications.
Second, a trained photoshop expert custom edits every image individually.
Third, another imaging professional examines the images as a final quality control measure. Your images are examined a minimum of three times by different people during the process. Finally, your images are used to create the CDs, DVD-Roms and/or DVD-Slideshows that you have requested.
#4 Your order is carefully packaged and shipped to you. We
archive your images in our secure safety backup server and we email
you with the tracking information for your order so you can track
the package on the way back to you.
#5 Enjoy your order! We will email you shortly after you receive
your package to make sure that you are satisfied with everything.
We will work to make you happy if there is something that you don't
like. About 1 year after we ship your order we will email you to alert
you of the date that the backup images of your 35mm slides and negatives
are scheduled for deletion. If you need them to restore a lost disk
or if you would like us to continue maintaining them simply return
our email alert and let us know what you need.
