Receive Your Order
When
we ship your slide scanning order we maintain copies of your images
in a secure backup server for 1 full year from the scanning date.
This safeguards your images in case something happened to your computer
or your image disks.
Because
we have backups of your images we can make corrections or alterations
to any order after you have received your package. If you have any
trouble with your disks at all please contact us and we will help
you through your problem. We can help you to troubleshoot your problem
and we can recreate your disks if needed. We never charge extra to
correct any order and always work to make our customers happy even
after their order has been shipped.
We
follow up with our customers once they receive the finished product
in order to make sure that they are completely satisfied. We take
pride in, and enjoy, the work we do here at DiscountDigitalArt, so
