We normally process orders in the order in which they have paid. It takes longer to scan larger orders. If you have a large order that you need fast or a small order that you need very fast we do charge a rush service fee. This fee is necessary because when we have a very tight timeline on an order it means that we have to work overtime to get the orders out on schedule.

The rush charge is 35% of the total cost of the order. Contact Us with your order details and deadline and we will let you know whether or not rush charges will appear on your bill.

Examples:

You have 4000 slides and need them done in two weeks or less - you will be charged rush charges.

You have 50 slides and need them processed and shipped in one or two days - you will be charged rush charges.
